The Fine Print

Membership Fine Print

Members must have valid card on file
90 DAY MINIMUM ENROLLMENT FOR ALL MEMBERSHIPS WITH MEDICATIONS
Memberships are billed via automatic monthly payment (auto-pay) on either the 1st or the 15th of each month, based on your selected enrollment date.
30 days’ notice is required to cancel a membership. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email) or called into our front desk @ 303-834-8376.
Memberships may be paused for up to 90 days for travel, medical reasons, or life events. Pause requests must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.
Monthly membership credits may roll over for up to 30 days.
For example, if your membership includes one acupuncture or massage per month and you are unable to attend during a given month, that credit may be redeemed the following month.
For safety and optimal results, certain services — including cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling — must be spaced appropriately.
Initial 90 min Acupuncture session not eligible for membership. Once initial appointment is complete, membership can be added on.
While eligible credits may roll over, treatments cannot always be “stacked” or performed closer together than clinically recommended. Your provider will guide appropriate timing to ensure safe and effective care.
Unused credits expire after 30 days and do not accumulate indefinitely.
Membership benefits and credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.
Membership pricing, inclusions, and benefits are subject to change with advance notice.

Additional Notes

Missed appointments (no call no show) or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of that month’s credit in accordance with clinic policies.
Memberships do not guarantee specific outcomes. All services are provided within an integrative wellness and aesthetic care model and tailored to individual needs.
