Services

Therapeutic Massage

A customized full-body session that eases stress, improves circulation, and resets your nervous system. Pressure is adjusted to your comfort — perfect for first-timers and regulars alike.

Deep Tissue Massage

Focused, sustained work on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Ideal for chronic tightness, sports recovery, postural strain, and the knots that just won't quit. Lauren uses slow, intentional pressure to release tension at the source — never painful, always purposeful.

Cupping Therapy

Silicone to lift and decompress tissue, boost circulation, and release fascial restrictions that traditional massage can't always reach. Excellent for stubborn back tension, mobility issues, and post-workout recovery. Available as an add-on or standalone session.

What to Expect

Your first visit starts with a brief intake — Lauren wants to know what's going on in your body and what you want out of the session. From there, she customizes everything: pressure, pace, focus areas, modalities. You'll be in a calm, welcoming space with warm linens and zero upselling.

A few tips: Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in, hydrate well before and after, and wear something comfortable. If you're new to cupping, ask Lauren any questions — she'll walk you through it.
