Injection Therapy

What is injection therapy?

Injection therapy is a broad term that encompasses various types of injections either intramuscular or subcutaneous for therapeutic purposes.

It can be used to deliver a wide range of substances, including vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, platelet rich plasma (pre), hyaluronic acid, and other medications. Injection therapy allows for rapid absorption and can bypass the digestive system, leading to faster effects.

Some examples of vitamins or minerals that may be administered via intramuscular and/ or subcutaneous injection include one or more of the following:

1. Vitamin C: Used for immune support, antioxidant benefits, and collagen production.

2. Vitamin B12: Often used to address deficiencies, boost energy levels, and support nerve function.

3. Magnesium: Administered for muscle relaxation, migraine relief, and overall energy production.

4. Calcium: Given to treat calcium deficiencies, support bone health, and aid in muscle function.

5. Glutathione: An antioxidant that may be used for detoxification, skin brightening, and immune support.

6. Zinc- Essential for immune function, wound healing and enzyme activity.

7. Selenium- Acts as an antioxidant, supports thyroid function and plays a role in DNA synthesis.
